Art is what ties all aspects of our lives together and connects our experiences to make them meaningful. My artworks are the visual residuals of my thought processes. I sew, draw, paint and construct in an effort to better communicate both with others and myself. My pieces are maps and fossils of the sorting-out, linking-up, and meaning making of my thoughts, interactions, and personal experiences. "The life of the artist is one of playing games and those games should be meaningful, and it should always be possible that someone can get hurt."
